Sharp(ie) Disguise
So, I wouldn't call these the smartest criminals in the world...Matthew McNelly and Joey Miller of Carroll, Iowa were arrested for attempted robbery. Do you like their masks? They actually used SHARPIES to draw on a disguise. Check out their mug shots taken shortly after their arrest. I amd sure they are totally unrecognizable.
